This dressing is amazing since it is thick and creamy and contains pieces of blue cheese! The mixing process just takes two minutes.
Even though there are so many excellent low-carb and Keto-friendly dressings on the market, you can make your own with only a few simple ingredients!
You can use it however you please, but my preferred method is over a wedge of iceberg. You can even eat fresh vegetables with a dip!
CONTENTS
Mayonnaise
soured milk
Crumbled blue cheese
thick cream
Citrus juice
unsweetened wine vinegar
Garlic
Sauce Worcestershire
Pepper and salt
KETO BLUE CHEESE DRESSING METHOD
Place all the ingredients in a food processor bowl, excluding the 13 cup of blue cheese, and pulse several times to thoroughly incorporate.
Just until mixed, add the remaining 13 cup of blue cheese. I’m done now!
With a wedge of iceberg lettuce or another salad of your choosing, serve the blue cheese dressing.
It should be noted that you can simply mix the ingredients together if you don’t have a food processor.
Over the top, sprinkle some bacon…

Only 2 carbohydrates per serving in this homemade Keto blue cheese dressing isn’t bad at all!
What can I use in its place?
You can add more sour cream or Greek yoghurt to this dish to make it mayo-free. Because the mayo contains more fat and the sour cream and Greek yoghurt have a more sour flavour, the flavour will be slightly changed. If you choose to go this route, start with half of the white wine vinegar and wait to add more. If you believe the dressing needs to be sourer, add extra.
Keto Blue Cheese Dressing
Ingredients
- 1 cup blue cheese crumbles, divided
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 garlic clove
- ½ cup mayonnaise
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients in a food processor bowl and pulse just until mixed, leaving out the 1/3 cup of blue cheese. Just until mixed, add the remaining 1/3 cup of blue cheese. I'm done now!
- Serve with your choice of salad, such as an iceberg wedge.
