INSTRUCTION:
For scones:
- On the oven and heat it to three-twenty-five degrees Fahrenheit.
- Put the baking sheet on the tray (baking) and apply the oil on the sheet (baking).
- Place a large bowl and add the dry ingredients two cups of almond flour, six tablespoons of swerve sweetener, two teaspoons of baking powder, and half a teaspoon of salt.
- Pour the liquid ingredients into one large lightly beaten egg, a quarter cup of unsalted butter, two tablespoons of whipping cream, half a teaspoon of vanilla extract, and two teaspoons of cinnamon powder.
- Mix both ingredients properly and form the dough.
- Take a small bowl and mix two tablespoons of sweetener and crushed cinnamon. Dust the dough with this mixture.
