- I add the butter to this recipe. You might add coconut oil and palm oil as well. You can also try ghee if possible.
SWERVE SWEETENER:
- Always avoid Allulose or xylitol-based sweeteners, because it didn’t allow the cookies to get crispier. You can use pure monk fruit.

INSTRUCTIONS:
- Put the oven on three-twenty-five degrees Fahrenheit.
- Place the baking sheets on the tray (baking) and brush the oil over it.
- Take a large bowl, add half a cup of butter and two-thirds cup of sweetener, and beat them up until they become light and fluffy.
- Add the one teaspoon of vanilla extract and spices and beat it again.
- Put two and a half cups of almond flour, half a teaspoon of baking soda, and a quarter teaspoon of salt in the bowl and beat it again to form the dough.

- It depends on how thin and long you rolled the dough and how big you cut the cookies. I cut 2 ½ inch circles and got about 36 cookies.
Can I make these cookies dairy-free?
- You may make these cookies with coconut or palm oil or you can also use ghee in it.
Will I use monk fruit as a substitute for swerve sweetener?
- You can use 100 free-Allulose or xylitol monk fruit. Because the xylitol or Allulose does not make the Cookies (Crispy).
Is there any alternative to flour or almonds?
- We can use flour (sunflower seed) as a substitute of flour (almond). But use lemon to avoid the green reaction of baking soda and sunflower seed.
