  • Coconut flour 1/4 cup

Instructions:

Dough:
  1. Arrange the microwave for 350 degrees F and take a line with the parchment paper on the baking sheet.
  2. Combine the coconut flour, almond flour, baking powder, sweetener, mozzarella cheese, melted butter, and vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl mix them properly with the hand mixture and make the dough.
  3. When the dough becomes soft well transfer it to sheet and then set it aside.
For cinnamon filling:
  1. Add the cinnamon and sweetener in a small bowl mix them properly and brush on both sides of the dough properly transfer it to the baking sheets and bake it for 20 minutes or bake it until it becomes golden brown from both sides properly and leave it out from the oven and set it in aside after placing it in the large plate.
For glaze:
  1. Add the vanilla extracts and powdered sweetener in the large mixing bowl mix them properly and season it with the cinnamon twist well.
  2. Now serve it.
