INSTRUCTION
- Put the pot on the stovetop on moderate heat.
- Add the butter to melt.
- Put the turkey neck, giblets, onion, and celery in the melted butter.
- Sprinkle powder of black pepper and salt according to taste.
- Also, add additional herbs of choice and cook it until it gets nicely brown.
- After this, add some chicken broth to it and simmer it for about thirty to forty minutes.
