Ingredients:

Graham cracker crumbs 1tbsp.
Blueberries 1/2 cup
Lemon zest 1 tbsp.
Raw sugar 1 to 2 tsp.
Greek yogurt 3/4 cup
Vanilla protein powder 1 scoop
Vanilla extract 1/2 tsp.
Cottage cheese 3/4 cup

Instructions:

Firstly, beat the eggs in the bowl and whisk them properly with a fork.
Place the butter in the pan transfer the pan to the normal heat and melt the butter for one minute.
When the butter is completely melted, add the almond flour to the pan and roast it for almost three minutes.
Combine the almond flour with the heavy whipping cream and mix it properly.
