Ingredients:

For assembling:
  • Dried oregano: 3/4 tsp.
  • Lemon: 1
  • Black pepper: 1 tsp.

Chicken and orzo:
  • Chicken broth: 3 cups.
  • Boneless skinlees chicken breast: 2 large.
  • Kaizen rice: 8 oz.

For salad:
  •  Red onion: 1/2 cup.
  • Fresh mint: 1/4 cup.
  • Pitta kalmata olives: 1/3 cup
  • Cherry tomatoes: 1/2 cup.
  • Cucumber: 1/2

  • Thin red onion: 1/4 cup.

Instructions:

  1. Add the salt and cayenne to taste, and set aside. Using a stick blender or cream frother, whizz the dressing ingredients well blended.
  2. Make the paste perfectly and set it, drain, and then leave to cool somewhat.
  3. To make the lemon dressing, put all of the components in a mason jar and cover it tightly. Shake to mix everything well.
  4. A food processor with lemon juice, salt, and then, honey, and garlic can also be used; just be sure to process while gradually adding olive oil. Put aside.
