Instructions:

For the Onion Bhajia:
  1. Prepare Batter:
    • In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, ground flaxseeds, baking powder, ground cumin, ground coriander, turmeric powder, chili powder, garam masala, and salt.
  2. Add Onions:
    • Add the thinly sliced onions to the dry ingredients. Mix well to coat the onions evenly.
  3. Make Batter:
    • Gradually add water to the mixture, stirring continuously, until you achieve a thick batter that coats the onions. The consistency should be thick enough to coat the back of a spoon.
  4. Heat Oil:
    • In a deep skillet or fryer, heat cooking oil over medium heat. Make sure there’s enough oil for deep-frying.
  5. Fry Onion Bhajia:
    • Using a spoon or your hands, drop spoonfuls of the batter into the hot oil. Fry until the bhajias are golden brown and crispy, turning them occasionally for even cooking.
  6. Drain and Serve:
    • Once the Onion Bhajias are cooked, use a slotted spoon to remove them from the oil. Place them on a plate lined with paper towels to absorb excess oil.
For the Mint Yogurt Dip:
  1. Prepare Yogurt Dip:
    • In a small bowl, mix coconut yogurt (or Greek yogurt), chopped mint leaves, lemon juice, and salt to taste. Stir well to combine.
  2. Serve:
    • Serve the Keto Onion Bhajia hot with the Mint Yogurt Dip on the side.
