Ingredients:

  • Almond flour: 1/2 cup.
  • Eggs: 2
  • Green, fresh beans: 1 pound.
  • Parmesan cheese: 1/2

  • Spray oil: 1 tbsp.
  • Salt: 2 tsp.

Instructions:

  1. Set the oven temperature to 400°F.
  2. To keep the sheet pan from sticking, cover it with a thin layer of spray oil or parchment paper.
  3. Trim and wash green beans to remove any ends or stems.
  4. Whisk the eggs in a small bowl.
  5. Combine the Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika to create a spice mixture.
  6. To flavor the egg wash, use half of this mixture.
  7. In a separate dish or on a flat surface, thoroughly mix the almond flour and Parmesan cheese. To season the flour mixture, use the remaining half of the spice combination.
  8. Dredge the green beans in the cheese mixture and then, piece by piece, drop into the wash of eggs.

  10. Bake the green beans for ten minutes or until they are deeply browned.
  11. Optional: broil the pan for an extra two minutes to brown it further.
  12. After taking it from the oven, add lime juice to your liking. Enjoy it with your preferred dipping sauce on the side.
