Blender with a high speed — we adore our Ninja! Whatever method you choose, ensure sure all the ingredients are thoroughly combined.
Don’t be afraid to add MCT oil (in this powder form)! To almost all of my cocktails, I adore adding this.

Keto Shake Cheesecake
- 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
- 2 ounces cream cheese
- a half-cup of strawberries
- 1 tablespoon heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon Lakanto monkfruit, or your preferred sweetener
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 tablespoon optional ChocZero Strawberry Syrup
- All the ingredients should be combined in a mixer and smoothed out. As necessary, add ice cubes. Enjoy!
