Ingredients:

Dough:
  • Large eggs 2
  • Sweet Italian sausage ½ pound
  • Freshly grated parmesan cheese ¼ cup
  • Cream cheese 2 tbsp.
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese 1 ½ cup
  • Coconut flour ¼ cup
  • Almond flour 1 cup
Toppings:
  • Medium onion, sliced 1
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese 2 cups
  • Shredded sharp cheddar cheese ½ cup
  • Olive oil 1 tbsp.
  • Pizza sauce (leave out the sugar) ½ cup
  • Bell pepper, sliced 1 medium
  • Fresh garlic 2 tbsp.
  • Baby spinach 8 ounces

Instructions:

  1. Heat your oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Combine the sausage meat (uncooked), coconut flour, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, almond flour, parmesan cheese, and eggs and mix it well in a medium bowl.
