This comes in a variety of flavors like chocolate, vanilla, or white chocolate. It is prepared with basic ingredients and we can only alter one ingredient to customize it according to us. Panna Cotta is a cooked cream that gets set with the help of gelatin in place of egg yolks and it has a similarity with custard. INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup chopped strawberries
- 1 & ½ cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 ¾ tsp. Grass-fed gelatin
- ⅓ cup Swerve Confectioner’s
- ½ tsp. vanilla extract

- I use fresh strawberries to make this recipe, but you can also use black or blueberries to make this recipe.
WHIP CREAM:
- Utilize whip cream to make this recipe it can make the dessert indulgent & creamy. We can also use hemp & almond milk to make this recipe.
GELATIN:
- We use the gelatin to set the dessert. I use grass-fed gelatin to make this recipe.
POWDERED SWEETENER:
- We should use Erythritol base sweetener we can also use Bocha Sweet as well but try to avoid Allulose base sweetener as it will make it very soft & take a long time to set the dessert.
VANILLA EXTRACT:
- We added the vanilla extract to improve the flavor of this strawberry panna cotta.

INSTRUCTION:
- Apply a little amount of oil on four small ramekins or we can also use a bowl if we don’t have to unmold them.
- Put the blender on the shelf and then include the slices of strawberries in them and then blend the strawberries to prepare its even paste.
- Transfer the cream to the saucepan adds the gelatin to the cream and mixes them with the whisk.
- Then put the pan on moderate heat and allow it to simmer. Then mix them with the whisk till the gelatin gets properly mixed.
- Put the pan on the shelf and add the strawberry paste, vanilla extract, & swerve sweetener and mix them with the whisk.
- Pour the mixture into the four small bowls and put them in the fridge to get set for 2 – 3 hours.
- When they are set unmold them then take a bowl of hot water and put the ramekins in them.
- Cover the bowls with the plate and turn it over the plate.
- Tap the ramekin to lose the panna cotta and it will get unmold.

TIPS:
- We should make sure that the gelatin will soften first before putting it to get heated. In this way, gelatin will gets absorbs more quickly and easily.
- Properly mix the gelatin with the cream when you heat them otherwise lumps may form.
- If we want to make a smooth dessert then we should properly make a smooth paste of strawberries, we could also strain the seeds from the paste with the help of a fine sieve.
- If the swerve is not available or you do not like to use it, then we can use other kinds of sweetener as well but
- we should have to alter the quantity according to the sweetness level.
- We should decorate our dessert with fresh strawberries, nuts, or chocolate shaving to make it more vibrant looking.

- We can easily store this panna cotta for 5 days if the whipped cream is fresh.
FREEZER:
- We should not freeze this dessert as it will lose its texture and consistency because it is a dairy-based product. Freezing will let the gelatin(in the dessert) break down and make it watery.
