Craving Taco Bell but following a ketogenic diet? No problem! You can make your own delicious, low-carb version of Keto Taco Bell right at home. This recipe is easy to make and packed with flavor, so you won’t even miss the original fast-food version.



  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 4 large lettuce leaves
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1/4 cup diced avocado
  • 1/4 cup sour cream


  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up into small pieces as it cooks.
  3. Stir in the chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the spices are fragrant.
  4. To assemble the tacos, place a lettuce leaf on a plate, spoon a few tablespoons of the ground beef mixture onto the lettuce leaf, and then sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes, diced onion, diced avocado, and a dollop of sour cream.
