Keto cheese nips, a delicious and low-carb snack that is perfect for those following a ketogenic diet.

Keto Cheese Nips Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons cold butter, cut into small pieces
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 egg

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, shredded cheddar cheese, cold butter, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until the ingredients are well combined and form a crumbly mixture.
  3. Add the egg to the mixing bowl and mix until a dough forms.
  4. Form the dough into a ball and place it between two sheets of parchment paper.
  5. Roll the dough out to about 1/4-inch thickness. Use a cookie cutter or a knife to cut the dough into small crackers or nips.
  6. Transfer the crackers to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake the cheese nips in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy.
  8. Remove the cheese nips from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
