INGREDIENTS:
Two tbs. coconut oil
Two chicken breasts, (diced)
Half medium size onion
One-third cup of tomato paste
Half tsp. garlic paste
Third-forth cup of canned unsweetened coconut milk

Cilantro (chopped)
Dry spices:
Half tsp. garam masala
One tsp. of crushed coriander
One tsp. of powder (cumin)

INGREDIENT NOTES:
Coconut oil:
- I made this keto chicken korma in coconut oil. We can also make this korma in almond butter, and olive oil as well. It tastes the same flavorful and delicious.
Coconut milk:
- I use coconut milk to make gravy. We can also use almond milk as well for making gravy.
Almond flour:
- I use almond flour to thicken the consistency of this keto-friendly chicken korma. We can also use flour (sunflower seed) or coconut (flour) according to your liking.

INSTRUCTION:
- Make the smooth paste of ginger and garlic in the food processor.
- Place the pot on the stove pours the oil (coconut) into the sauce pan and places it on medium heat.
- Put the onion to the oil (hot) and stir it till it gets a nice brown color.
- Include the ginger and garlic paste over the onion and saute it a little.
- Add the chicken to the pot and saute it with ginger and garlic until it gets a nice brown color.
- Add the dry spices like half tsp. garam masala, one tsp. powder (Red chili), one tsp. of crushed coriander, one tsp. of jeera (cumin) powder, and one tsp. Turmeric powder in the pot mixes all the ingredients well.
- Add the tomato sauce and saute the sauce until the oil separates.
- Add the coconut milk to the pot mix it well bring it to a boil and cook it for ten minutes.
- When it is done, check its consistency (add the almond flour to thicken its consistency) and spices and adjust it according to preference.
- Dish out the chicken korma in a bowl and garnish it with some brown onion and cilantro.
TIPS:
- Brown the onions for a nice brown color in the korma.
- Brown the onion not burns it otherwise it will ruin the taste.
- Store some brown onion to garnish it on the korma.
STORAGE INFORMATION
Fridge:
- This keto chicken korma is fresh for three days in the refrigerator. Pour it into a sealed container then store.
Freezer:
- Stock it up in the shallow box for up to one month. You can make a portion of your consumption for one time and then freeze it helps to defrost easily.
Reheat:
- This korma is reheated on the stove by stirring it and bring a boil.
