  • Chili flakes: 2 tsp.
  • Creamy yogurt: 1 cup.
  • Garlic cloves: 2.
  • Lemon: 1.

  • Butter: 1 tsp.
  • Leaf parsley, a handful.
  • Salt.
  • Raising flour: 300 g.

Instructions:

 

  1. To a tiny bowl, add the chopped onions, and spring onions.
  2. To test if the oil is ready.
  3. Warm the oil on normal-high pressure till it shimmers.
  4. It is ready if bubbles form quickly around it.
  5. Pour the heated oil over the contents of the bowl with caution.
  6. Combine all the yogurt dip ingredients.
  7. Pour the yogurt into a bowl and squeeze in the lemon zest and a single teaspoon of salt.
  8. Toss to blend thoroughly.
  9. Drizzle the sizzling oil over the yogurt dip after spreading it out onto a bowl or serving dish.
  10. Enjoy with a baguette or your preferred cracker.
  11. Stir the dough to make the bread.
  12. In a mixing bowl, add 300 grams of self-raising flour, 280 grams of yogurt, and a pinch of salt.

  15. Warm a large frying pan to medium-high and add a few pieces of bread (as many as will fit) once heated.
  16. Cook the flatbread until little bubbles begin to appear, and they begin to inflate slightly.
  17. After flipping, cook the flatbread for approximately a further few minutes.
  18. Apply a garlic-butter glaze.
  19. While still heated, serve.
