Ingredients:

Sliced spring onion 1 large
Coriander 1 large
Courgette 1/2 medium
Lime zest 1/2 tbsp.
Light soy sauce 1 tbsp.
Head of broccoli 1/2 medium
Red pepper 1/2 tsp.
Prawns 150 g
Sliced garlic 1 clove
Sliced red chillis 1/2 tsp.
Olive oil 1 tsp.

Instructions:

Firstly, place the prawns in the large skillet and transfer the skillet to normal heat.
Cook the prawns for almost two minutes.
Now, add the butter to the pan and melt the butter for almost two minutes.
Add the courgette, coriander, and head of broccoli to the skillet.
Then, place the garlic and onion in the skillet and roast the garlic and onion for almost three minutes.
When garlic and onion provide an aromatic place the red chilis and red pepper in the skillet.
Sprinkle the soy sauce and lime juice on the top of the prawns and properly coat it in the prawns.
Again cook the prawns for almost three to four minutes.
If you want to make this recipe more tender add more heavy whipping cream and butter to the skillet.
Remove the prawn stir fry from the skillet.
This prawn stir fry is ready to serve.
