Cumin powder 1/2 tsp.
Heavy cream 1/4 cup
Cayenne pepper 1 pinch
Shredded cheddar cheese 1/2 cup

Sea salt 1 pinch
Carbs-free tortillas 4
Diced tomatoes 1/2 cup
Shredded iceberg lettuce 2 cups
Sour cream 1/4 cup
Taco spice 2 tbsp.
Ground beef 10 ounce
Olive oil 1 tbsp.

Instructions:

Firstly, add the olive oil to the cast-iron skillet and place the cast-iron skillet in normal heat.
Heat the olive oil for almost one minute.
Then, combine the olive oil with the ground beef and season the taco spice and sea salt on top of the ground beef.
Simmer it for almost five minutes.
As well as add the heavy whipping cream, shredded cheddar cheese, cayenne pepper, and cumin powder to the ground beef.
Again simmer it for almost fifteen seconds.
Place the piece of keto tortilla on top of the counter.
Season the nacho cheese, lettuce, cooked beef, sour cream, and tomatoes.
Place the tortilla in the saucepan and simmer it for almost five minutes.
Remove the crunch wrap from the saucepan.
This keto crunch wrap is ready to serve.
