Instructions:

  1. Arrange a cookie tray with baking paper on it and preheat the oven to 230 °C/450 °F.
  2. Cut the chicken into small, bite-sized pieces.
  3. One tablespoon each of gochujang paste, rice vinegar, soy sauce, honey, the oil from sesame seeds, and sweet chili jam are in a mixing basin.
  4. Mix everything well, being careful to completely coat the chicken.
  5. If you have sufficient time, place the chicken in the cabinet to marinate for at least thirty minutes.
  6. After shifting the chicken to the ready oven pan, bake it for twenty minutes in total so that its edges are well brown throughout.
