Keto Chicken and Waffles

The Keto Chicken and Waffles are a delicious recipe. Furthermore, waffles with chicken on the ketogenic diet are saved. If you’re missing crispy fried chicken and waffles coated in maple syrup, this dish, which is easily ready in less than 30 minutes with only a few components, will make your day. Ingredients:

  • Shredded mozzarella cheese: 1/4 cup.
  • Almond flour: 2 teaspoons.
  • Sugar-free: 1 tbsp.
  • Cooked chicken: 2 oz.
  • Egg: 1.
  • Water: 1 tablespoon.
  • Pork pinko: 1/2 cup.

Instructions:

  1. Warm up the waffle maker.
  2. Additonally, this recipe works well with any waffle machine.
  3. Combine one egg, cheese, and canned chicken, and then mix it with almond flour, which is sugar-free maple syrup in a small bowl.
  4. Stir till thoroughly blended.
  5. Moreover, using a fork, break up the chicken chunks into smaller pieces.
  6. Fill the waffle machine with the batter for chicken waffles.
  7. Then, once the waffle is cooked and readily removable from the waffle iron, close it and let it cook for three to five minutes.
  8. Proceed with the leftover batter.
  9. Makes around two tiny waffles.
  10. Combine one egg with a dash of water in one bowl and some pork panko in another.
  11. Grab a chicken waffle and then, dip it into the egg wash.
  12. After that, fully coat it, dipping it into the ground pig rinds. Then, finished with more waffles.
  13. Heat the oil extracted from the avocado in a pan over a low flame.
  14. Pour in enough oil to come halfway up the waffle’s thickness.
  15. Moreover, each waffle should be dipped into the heated oil and fried while golden brown, or until a piece of pork panko sizzles in it.
  16. Fry the opposite side until golden brown after flipping.
  17. Take the waffle off of the heat and set it on a paper towel to absorb any extra oil.
  18. Top with sugar-free nectar and butter and serve.
