The Keto Garlic and Herbs With Roasted Radishes are a delicious, low-carb, and healthy appetizer that tastes just like fries! These are tasty and barbecued with garlic and fresh herbs. Little to no radish flavor at all.

Tips for making this recipe:

Rashes essentially become the antithesis of what I’ve said above when they are roasted.  They have a very mild flavor instead of a harsh one, and they are soft and supple rather than crispy. Before cooking radishes, sprinkle them with a little salt, let them stand for twenty minutes, and then dry them off with a towel or salad spinner. Use a cooking timer to keep a close check on them during their cook, and verify their doneness occasionally by sticking a fork into them—they should be able to go through a little effort.

  • Minced garlic: 1/2 tsp.
  • Bunches of radishes: 4
  • Fresh thyme: 1 tsp.

Instructions:

  1. Warm the microwave to 425°F.
  2. Remove the greens from the radishes, give them a thorough wash, and then chop them in half or quarters when they’re really big.
  3. Combine the radishes, olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, and thyme in an ample sheet pan.
  4. Bake for about thirty minutes at a time, or as long as the radishes are fork-tender and caramelized.
  5. If preferred, garnish with cut herbs before serving.

  • Discovered that roughly four little bunches of radishes were plenty for four individuals. If you’re cooking for an extensive number of people, you can triple or fourfold this dish.
