Instructions:

  1. On a platter, combine whey protein isolate, Italian seasoning, and pepper.
  2. Over heat, warm a skillet that is 10.25″ or bigger. When heated through, add one tablespoon each of margarine and olive oil to the pan.
  3. Dredge the chicken in the protein, whey, and spice mixture while working in portions, then add it right away to the pan.
