Keto Red Velvet Cookies

White chocolate chips in the form of chunks are baked inside of soft and chewy Keto Red Velvet Cookies. This combination is the stuff of fantasies. That these cookies are low carb is difficult to believe.


  • 12 cup softened butter
  • half a cup of monk fruit sweetener
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp optional red food colouring

  • almond flour, 1 cup

  • 3 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder or Cacao Bliss

  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda

  • 2 tablespoons of cream, heavy
  • 1/9 cup vinegar
  • 50% of a cup of sugar-free white chocolate chips
