In addition, if pork doesn’t seem like what you’re looking for, you are free to swap it out for chicken or shrimp in this delicious ketosis version of the beloved Chinese takeout food. Free of egg yolks, dairy products, and nuts as well.

Ingredients:

  • Coconut flour: 1/4 cup.
  • Garlic powder: 1/4 tsp.
  • Xanthan gum: 1/4 tsp.
  • Boneless pork chops: 1/2 cup.
  • Bell pepper: 1 cup.
  • Kosher salt: 1/2 tsp.
  • Onion chopped: 1/2 cup.
  • Avocado oil: 1/4 cup.
  • Black pepper: 1/4 tsp.
For sweet and sour sauce:
  • Xanthan gum: 1/4 tsp.
  • Soy sauce: 1 tsp.
  • salt.
  • Ketchup: 2 tsp.
  • Rice vinegar: 1 tsp.
  • Pepper.
  • Worcestershire sauce: 1 tsp.
  • Orange marmalade: 1 tbsp.
  • Water: 3 tbsp.
  • Erythirol: 1 tbsp.

Instructions:

  1. Set the microwave temperature to 450 degrees Fahrenheit and warm an enormous sheet pan underneath.
  2. After trimming the beef chops of all the fat and gristle, gently cut them into one-inch-thick slices.
  3. In a large vessel, mix the palm kernel flour, xanthan gum, sea spices, salt, and garlic powder.

  13. Go back inside to cook for five minutes.
  14. After elimination, add slices of scallions as a garnish.
  15. If preferred, spoon over rice with cauliflower.
