You’ll Need:

Ingredients:

COMMUNITY WAFFLES

1 large egg, 1 tablespoon melted butter, 1/4 teaspoon baking powder, 1 scoop low-carb protein powder, and 1 pinch of salt.

MORNING SANDWICHES

Two keto birch bender toaster waffles, two cooked big eggs, two slices of bacon, and two ounces of shredded cheddar cheese.

Instructions:

COMMUNITY WAFFLES

Using a whisk, combine all the ingredients in a small bowl. Stir until completely mixed and without clumps.
Waffle iron: warm till ready. Add half the batter after opening and spraying with coconut oil spray. (until the waffle iron stops steaming)For TWO-THREE minutes, close. Let cook.
To create two small waffles, repeat with the remaining batter.

KETO BREAKTHROUGH SANDWICHES

Fry the bacon until it is crisp and fully cooked, then place it on a platter covered with paper towels.
Four eggs should be cracked into the heated bacon oil and cooked through before flipping once the bottom is crisp.

If you prefer over-medium or hard eggs, break the yolk before flipping and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Each egg should have 1/2 oz of cheddar added to it. Once the cheese has melted, cover the eggs with a baking dish or lid. On a dish, set aside.
Put a handcrafted waffle and a birch bender toaster waffle on a dish. Each waffle is topped with two slices of bacon, two eggs, and cheese before the remaining waffles are added on top.
Serve right away! Best consumed immediately; won’t keep well.
