PREP:
- After using a paper towel to pat the fish dry; apply the olive oil on the fillets of the fish with the brush.
SEASON:
- In a dish, combine the spices like garlic powder, onion powder, salt, smoked paprika, and pepper powder.
- Apply them all over the fish fillets on both sides.
AIR FRY:
- Put the fillets of the fish in one layer in the basket of an air fryer after applying oil to the basket.
- Cook the mahi mahi in the airfryer for 8 to 10 minutes, rotating it halfway through.
TIPS:
- I suggest checking on the fish after every seven minutes since mahi mahi cooks rapidly.
- To avoid any parts of the fish clinging to the air fryer basket, always coat it with oil before cooking.
- Use other seasonings, such as Cajun seasoning, lemon pepper, or even a chili spice blend.
