  • 2 tablespoons powdered erythritol or preferred keto-friendly sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the Crumble Topping:

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup powdered erythritol or preferred keto-friendly sweetener
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • Optional: 2 tablespoons chopped almonds or walnuts
