Keto Cheese Chips

Keto cheese chips are a delicious and easy-to-make low-carb snack that’s perfect for anyone following a ketogenic diet. Made with just two ingredients – cheese and optional seasonings – these crispy chips are great for dipping or snacking on their own.


  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or any other hard cheese)
  • Optional seasonings: garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, etc.


  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Add the shredded cheese to a mixing bowl, along with any desired seasonings.
  3. Mix the cheese and seasonings together until well combined.
  4. Spoon the cheese mixture onto the lined baking sheet, making 6-8 small mounds.
  5. Flatten each mound with a spoon or fork to create a thin, even layer of cheese.
  6. Bake the cheese chips in the preheated oven for 6-8 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the chips are crispy.
  7. Remove the chips from the oven and let them cool for 1-2 minutes.
  8. Use a spatula to carefully lift the chips off the baking sheet and transfer them to a plate or serving dish.
  9. Serve the chips immediately or store them in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2-3 days.
