Keto Citrus Chicken

The Keto Citrus Chicken is a flavorful recipe. Furthermore, it is low in carbs, and it contains carrots and other healthy herbs. Keto Citrus Chicken

Ingredients:

  • Ground nutmeg: 1/4 tsp.
  • Dried thyme: 1 tsp.
  • Olive oil: 2 tbsp.
  • Pepper: 1/2 tsp.

  • Chicken: 6.
  • Smoked paprika: 1/4 tsp.

 

Citrus sauce:

  • Chopped parsley: 1/2 cup.
  • Lemon: 1 tsp.

Instructions:

  1. Warm the microwave to 375 degrees.
  2. Make the Moroccan Carrot Salad on a keto diet.
  3. Toss the chicken thighs in a big bowl with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, nutmeg, ground allspice, and dried thyme.
  4. In an extensive cast-iron pan or skillet pan, heat the two tablespoons of olive oil on a medium-high setting.
  5. Put the chicken in it and cook it properly, till the thighs are golden brown on both sides.
  6. To guarantee optimal browning, avoid packing the skillet too full of chicken while it is browning.
  7. As the chicken bakes, continue preparing the sauce.
  8. When the chicken and sauce are ready, ladle the gravy over the chicken and sprinkle with the zest and half of the chopped parsley, as well as two thinly sliced lemons.
  9. Eat the keto carrot salad alongside your citrus chicken.

 

For the citrus sauce:
