Ingredients:

  • Coconut oil
  • Unsweetened shredded coconut 1 ¼ cup
  • Coconut flour 1/3 cup
  • Eggs 3 large (beaten)
  • Garlic powder 1 tsp.
  • Crushed red pepper ¼ tsp.
  • Black pepper ¼ tsp.
  • Sea salt 1 tsp.
  • Boneless chicken breast 1 pound (pounded to even thickness)

Instructions:

  1. Mix the garlic powder, black pepper, coconut flour, crushed red pepper flakes, and salt properly in a large bowl.
  2. Put the coconut in a separate bowl.

  4. Take the sliced chicken pieces and dip them in the eggs.
  5. Now coat the chicken with shredded coconut.
