Keto Granola Recipe With Coconut: Servings: About 10

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 cup mixed nuts (such as almonds, pecans, and walnuts), chopped
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 2 tablespoons keto-friendly sweetener (such as erythritol or monk fruit)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the unsweetened coconut flakes, chopped mixed nuts, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, and chia seeds.
