Keto roasted Potatoes

The Keto Roasted Potatoes are the ideal side dish for any low carb meal! Because purple radishes resemble red potatoes and have a taste that is comparable to potatoes when baked, we baked them in the oven. Thus, they are frequently referred to as the “keto potato”!

Ingredients

  • 2 bundles of sliced purple radishes with stems removed.
  • Olive oil, 1/4 cup
  • two salty teaspoons
  • a single peppercorn
  • Optional flavourings include rosemary, thyme, and parsley.

Directions

  • STEP 1

Pour oil over the radishes.
