  • 1 bottle (750ml) dry red wine (such as Cabernet Sauvignon or Merlot)
  • 1 cup unsweetened cranberry juice
  • 1 cup unsweetened sparkling water
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup powdered erythritol (or keto-friendly sweetener of choice)
  • 1/2 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • Optional: Fresh mint leaves for garnish


  1. In a large pitcher, combine the dry red wine, unsweetened cranberry juice, unsweetened sparkling water, fresh lemon juice, fresh lime juice, and powdered erythritol. Stir well until the sweetener is fully dissolved.
  2. Add the sliced strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries to the pitcher. Gently stir to combine.
  3. Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight, to allow the flavors to meld together.
