Round the sausage by slicing it. Slice the onions and peppers. Chop up the garlic.
Stir halfway through baking at 400 degrees F for 40 minutes or until browned, tossing the contents with 1 tablespoon of oil. Add hot Marinara sauce after placing in a bowl. Separate and serve.
