Instructions:

  1. Turn on the microwave oven to 200° C, fan 180° C, gas 6.
  2. Slash the eggplant into small and thin slices.
  3. Transfer the slices of eggplant to the electric blender and blend them properly.
  4. Place the chopped eggplant in the baking tray and bake it for almost 15 minutes.
  5. Now, fry the onion and garlic with the olive oil in the pan on normal heat and season the spices and sauces on top of the onion and garlic.
