INGREDIENTS:

BRIE CHEESE:

CROISSANTS:

INSTRUCTIONS:

  4. Bring them out and put them aside.
  5. Heat the butter and include black garlic paste in a similar skillet.
  6. Whisk till become fragrant.
  7. Put the steak back in a skillet.
  8. Coat it perfectly in the black garlic butter.
  9. Without cutting all the way through, cut croissants horizontally.
  10. Distribute a thin layer of Dijon mustard inside.
  11. Equally, make a layer of steak in the croissants.
  12. Include slices of Brie cheese on the surface.
  13. Bake till croissants become crispy and cheese is melted, for almost seven minutes at 180°Celcius.
  14. Serve this croissant melt hot with parsley.
